It’s time to stop ignoring the things you know are not ok.

I help people who look like they have it all together actually feel that way. Whether you're an overwhelmed millennial or a retiree, seeking support as a couple, a family or business partnership, I specialize in helping clients untangle the complex knots of modern life. My clients are often navigating messy interpersonal dynamics, misaligned communication styles, and high-stakes transitions—like marriage, divorce, parenthood, career upheaval, empty-nesting, or shifting family roles.

Many are grappling with stress, burnout, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, emotional reactivity, or the heavy pressure of trying to keep everything from falling apart. They’re smart, capable, and exhausted.

If your mind is constantly racing, your communication feels off, your mood is sinking, and you feel stuck no matter how hard you push, I can help. Together, we’ll work to quiet the noise, regulate intense emotions, strengthen your sense of self, and create more connection in your relationships. Using evidence-based strategies, we’ll build new ways of thinking, interacting, and living that actually work in real life.

You’re in the right place.

I appreciate the importance of active listening to truly understand you – not just a situation, but what it means for you in the context of your life, relationships, and experiences.

With a warm, open, and approachable style, I leave behind professional pre-tense and bring my whole self into sessions. I work to quickly establish trust, confidence, and the strong rapport that is essential to the therapeutic process, so we can get down to business.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. It is grounded in evidence-based best practices and flexibly applied to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families. Our work together will lead to deepening self-awareness while developing a toolbox of concrete skills you can rely on to make effective changes and maintain optimal wellness.

A glimpse into your therapist’s humanity reminds you that healing isn’t about hierarchy - it’s about relationship.

I’m someone who has lived many lives in one - daughter, mother, wife, therapist, coach, consultant, survivor, strategist. Like most people when we scratch beneath the surface, my story is marked by both high and low points. The metaphor of the phoenix - burning down, gathering the ashes, and rising again with more clarity, power, and perspective than before - has been a staple in my life and one I see reflected in my clients stories too. I’ve navigated major moves, an early-in-life divorce, recurrent miscarriages and fertility treatment, a bumpy postpartum transition into motherhood, parenting a child with medical issues, complicated family dynamics, and reinvention. I bring that same grounded, battle-tested wisdom to the work I do - with honesty, intensity, and compassion.

My brain is wired to synthesize complex systems, pull patterns from chaos, and translate big ideas into practical solutions. Like many of my clients, I navigate the world with ADHD. This is a challenge and a superpower (when harnessed!). My ADHD allows me to think in 4D. I’m not interested in surface-level fixes. I’ve always had one foot in the world of science and the other in the world of story. I’m certified in everything from neuropsychotherapy to financial therapy, but what matters most is this: I know how to meet people where they are - and then walk with them toward where they want to go. Whether we’re untangling a gridlocked relationship or reworking the internal narrative that’s keeping someone stuck, I’m here for real progress.

Beyond the credentials, I’m a mom to two wild, brilliant kids. I live on the Gulf Coast of Florida, where salt air and strong coffee keep me grounded. I believe that connection and communication are the keys to everything - and that humor, when wielded wisely, can be a sacred tool. My work isn’t just a career; it’s a calling rooted in my own lived experience, my deep respect for resilience, and my unshakable belief that people are capable of more than they realize.

Here’s what I bring to the table - and how I put it to work for you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, a Certified Financial Social Worker (CFSW), a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist (RSW) in Ontario), a Certified Neuropsychotherapist (NPT-C), and I am Certified in Psychological First Aid. I hold a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from McGill University and earned my Master’s of Social Work (MSW) magna cum laude from the University of Windsor.

For nearly two decades, I worked in outpatient mental health programs at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Canada’s largest mental health and addictions teaching hospital. There, I had the privilege of working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges—from mood and anxiety disorders to trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship stress, and co-occurring concerns. I also spent over 10 years as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto’s Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, and continue to supervise graduate-level clinical interns from universities across Ontario.

I’ve completed extensive training in modalities including:

  • Gottman Method

  • Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)

  • Financial Social Work (CFSW)

  • Neuropsychotherapy (NPT-C)

While the certifications are many, what truly matters to my clients isn’t the alphabet combinations after my name - it’s how I use that knowledge in a way that feels grounded, human, and relevant to their lives.

Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. I don’t follow rigid scripts or default to pre-packaged protocols. Instead, I listen closely to who you are, how you think, what you’re carrying, and where you’re trying to go. I draw from a wide and deep toolkit, but always with one goal in mind: to help you make meaningful, sustainable changes that reflect your values, your goals, and your lived experience. Insight matters - but so does action. Together, we’ll work to develop both.
